Description

Fitted with a lever lock and rated at up to 3 tonnes, this forklift crane jib lets you move heavy and bulky loads safely and efficiently. Reach adjustable to three fixed positions and a sturdy construction make it a dependable tool that improves workflow and safety in warehouses, industry and construction.

Function

The jib slides straight onto the forklift forks and gives a steady way of lifting and moving goods. Its telescopic boom can be locked in three fixed positions to give the right reach for the job. An integrated lever lock locks the jib in the chosen position and keeps the load stable throughout the lift. Rated at up to 3000 kg and fitted with 180 × 80 mm fork pockets, the jib is compatible with most standard forklifts.

As a safety feature, the lever lock holds the lever in a set position so the load stays steady while it is lifted and moved. That lowers the risk of accidents, protects the goods and makes the job safer for the operator.

Benefits

  • High safety – the lever lock keeps the jib stable during lifting
  • Flexible reach – three fixed positions
  • High lifting capacity – up to 3000 kg
  • Strong construction – built for daily use in heavy conditions
  • Easy fitting – quick, with no special tools

Applications

  • Warehousing and logistics – moving heavy pallets and bulky items
  • Industry and manufacturing – placing components accurately
  • Construction and contracting – moving beams, pipes and building materials
  • General material handling – wherever stability and safety are important

Summary

The crane jib with lever lock combines safety, flexibility and efficiency. High lifting capacity, a stable build and adjustable reach make it a useful aid in professional working environments.

The stated lifting capacity applies only to the crane jib as supplied (unless stated otherwise). The lifting capacity of the complete machine can only be determined once the machine's final configuration, mounting and operating conditions are known and have been checked by the responsible machine manufacturer/system integrator. It is the machine manufacturer or system integrator in charge of the final configuration, installation and commissioning who establishes the load chart for the complete machine/lifting device.
